On the 17th of August we are having a Safety Training Session and a Team Meeting from 9:30am - 12:00pm.

This is an opportunity to check in, re-asses our current systems and make sure all of our LTS team feel confident and included.

 

You are all required to be there at 9:30am on Sunday to review and renew your contracts with SBSC.

If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian with you to review the contract. 

Your parent or guardian can leave as soon as this is done, it should only take 20-30min.

  • Roles within LTS

11:00 LTS team meeting

  • Establishing regular team meetings (4 per year)
  • Establishing regular training and instructor development (4 per year)
  • New class structure and dates
  • Debrief on last season
