Our annual Presentation of Trophies Dinner, the marquee event of the season, is the time for all friends of the Club to come together to applaud our champions, recognise the Club's most deserving, and spend the time to celebrate our incredible community.

The night's festivities will be preceded by the Annual General Meeting, which provides all members the chance to participate in the continuation of our Club. This being our 122nd season. Here we will reflect on the year that was, before turning our attention to the future and electing the new cohort of a new Management Committee and Elected Officials for the coming season.

Pricing

Tickets for the dinner are $45 for adults, $25 for under 15s and under 5s are free. This includes:

  • A two course dinner (alternate drop)
  • Nibbles before and after the AGM (gluten free provided)
  • Your first drink!

The AGM is free, and open to all members.

If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in the space provided as you book and we can accomodate!

Timing

Doors will be open and nibbles served from 3:30pm, with the AGM kicking off at 4:30pm sharp.

Presentations will not begin prior to 6pm, with the main course to be served at approximately 6:30pm, then coffee/tea and dessert at 7:30pm.

For all those who cannot make it for one reason or another, the awards night will be live streamed on Zoom. The stream link will be sent on the afternoon of the 14th, to those who opt in through selecting the free ‘livestream link’ ticket.
