School holiday classes

Learn to Sail School Holiday Classes

  • Our School Holiday Sailing Classes provide a safe and fun experience for 8-15 year olds in small dinghy sailing during the school holidays at our club house in West End
  • During this beginner (State Sailing Level 1) course, your child will learn about water safety, the basics of rigging, basic boat handling, and fundamental seamanship skills (weather, knots, terminology etc.).
  • While sailing, juniors will learn the basics of steering, trimming, and weight placement.
  • The programs foster confidence in boats and water safety, while having a heap of fun with other kids!
  • Our aim is to have happy, confident sailors going home with excited tales of their sailing adventures at the end of each day.
